2. 確保你備好了營運資金。了解你的企業需要多少資金來維持日常運營開銷。
3. 不要只看損益表。這關乎企業的健康運營狀況。你不能只看經營收入，也要了解現金流，應收賬款，存貨狀況，還有其他關於你企業存活的各項財務管理內容。
