公司績效管理的陷阱

對公司績效表現做評估,很少能夠做到最應該關切的範圍:現在與未來。
以下是你在對公司做績效評估時,應該注意的:
  1. 不要只針對自己做評估。不要將自己與自己做比較,你必須知道與競爭對手相比較的結果是如何的。如果不容易收集到相關的數據,可以找外部專家,或是詢問客戶,聽聽他們的觀點。
  2. 不要只看過去。看到今年表現比去年好,是沒有意義的。你的數據必須能夠告訴你,今天做的決策,對未來的發展是值得的。
  3. 不要只看數字。數字永遠沒法告訴你全部的故事。你應該將量化的數字,加入有深度而定性的評估,讓你能夠看到人性面的故事。

Evaluating the performance of the company is rarely able to reach the most concern: the present and the future.
The following are what you should pay attention to when you make a performance assessment of the company.
  1. Don't just evaluate yourself. Do not compare yourself with yourself. You have to know the results are compared to those of your competitors. If it is not easy to collect relevant data, you can find external experts, or ask customers, listen to their views.
  2. Don't just look at the past. It's meaningless to see that this year's performance is better than last year. Your data must be able to tell you that the decision made today is worthwhile for future development.
  3. Don't just look at numbers. Numbers can never tell you all stories. You should add quantitative figures to deep and qualitative evaluations, so that you can see the story of human nature.
