不要只看到財務結果

只看財務報告，你不會看到公司運營的全貌。作為一名領導者，你必須一眼看著財務報告，但是也要看到數字不能告訴你的事情，包含：

1. 未來的威脅。商業計劃里的損益表無法揭露出對公司安全可能產生損害的威脅來源。你必須以專案小組、調查與和員工訪談來發覺這些威脅，再做必要的防範。
2. 客戶在想什麼。財務報告反應的是客戶去年做了些什麼，但是未來的客戶才會衝擊到公司經營的底線。去找到方法來了解客戶為何滿意你的產品與服務，他們還不滿意些什麼，以及要如何做他們才會願意再次上門購買。

Don't just see the financial results

Just look at the financial report, you will not see the whole picture of the company's operation. As a leader, you must look at the financial report at a glance, but also see what the numbers can't tell you.

1. Future threat. The profit and loss statement in the business plan can't reveal the potential threat to the company's safety. You must identify these threats with the project teams, the investigation and staff interviews, and make the necessary precautions.
2. What customers want?The financial report is the customer response last year what has been done, but the future customers will impact to the company's bottom line. To find a way to understand why customers are satisfied with your products and services, they are not satisfied with what to do, and they will be willing to buy home again.
